Ms Jalpa Sukhanandi (Chairman)

Ms. JalpaSukhanandi, M.Sc. in Development and Human Rights from Swansea University, United Kingdom is having 13 years of qualitative experience in Developmental Works and Project Management with leading organizations in diverse sectors such as Development, NGO and Public Sector. She had joined socio-development sector as her maiden career and started working on Gender Issues, Women rights and Empowerment. She has been actively engaged in organizing awareness and advocacy campaign, educational events and training programmes. She has represented organization at various platform and presented papers at National & International Seminar. Currently, she is associate with Datri blood stem cells donors registry, India’s largest blood stem cell donors registry as Donor Coordinator of Gujarat. She earned. She has also been awarded Commonwealth Scholar award by Commonwealth Scholarship Commission in 2012-2013.

S. Parul Prajapati (Secretary)

Ms. Parul Prajapati has vast experience of 22 years in development sector especially women rights. She started her career as the Block Co-ordinator at SWATI in the year 1997, where she worked for SHG formations and federation formations. She was also involved in capacity building processes of women at rural areas. Ms. Parul was also involved with Mahila Swaraj Abhiyan as the Program Co-ordinator, where she worked for Women in Governance for Dahod, Panchmahal, Surendranagar, Sabarkantha and Kutch Mahila Swaraj Abhiyan (MSA). At present she is associated with Saath Charitable trust and is looking after the affordable housing project.

Mr. Shyam Prakash Singh (CEO)

Mr. Shyam Prakash Singh, a qualified Masters in Social Work from Magadh University, Patna is associated with the organization since its inception in 2011. He played a major role in getting cooperative registered. Mr. Shyam takes care of all the important aspect of the project which includes planning, analyzing, liaison processing, decision making and various others. Mr. Shyam has more than 18 years of experience of working in the sector and have been associated with organizations like PRADAN, Kutch Nav Nirman ABHIYAN.

Ms. Vama Rajpal (Image and Skills Coach & Entrepreneur)

Her educational laurels include a Masters in Public Health and MBA in Healthcare Management from St. Xavier University, Chicago, USA. She is also a certified Image Coach. She has diverseprofessional experience in Operations’ Management, Client Servicing, Branding, Mentoring and Resource Mobilization across the Health care, Education and the Development Sector.She works with individuals, groupsand institutions based in India and overseas, to build their confidence through grooming, dressing and communication. She has successfully built skills of several youth and women from vulnerable communities.

Ms. Ankita Patel (Member)

Ms. Ankitaben Patel is the oldest member of the cooperative. She has been working with Saath since 2009 and have later on taken up the role of community leader in SaathMahila Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited. Along with working with cooperative Ankitaben is also working as Aanganwadi worker in Kumarkhan village. Ankitaben is also emerging as person whom villagers especially women can approach in case of conflict or seek support for their personal issues. Ankitaben has also inspired many women/girls in her own as well as nearby villages to complete their studies and motivated them to be financial independence.

Ms. Mona Patel (Member)

Ms. Mona Patel is working in the development sector for the last 15 years. She has been associated at leadership positing with organizations like MARAG, Empower Pragati Vocational and staffing Pvt. Ltd., Saath Charitable Trust. Presently she is been associated with Samhita Foundation (India) as Director Partnership. Ms. Mona expertise in networking with local, state, national and international agencies for future program development, coordination with Government machinery, recourse mobilization and business development aspects.

Ms. Anuradha Gharti (Member)

Ms. Anuradha Gharti, a Law Graduate has 18 years of experience in development sector and is working on the social justice issues of women, Dalit, Minority, Children and other vulnerable communities. Over the years she has been associated with various State and National level NGOs like National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights, Janvikas, Centre for Social Justice, PRADAN, Centre for Development and St. Xavier Social Service Soceity. She was also involved with various state level research projects and contributed in preparing State Gender Policy (Gujarat), Disaster Management Code (Gujarat) and in developing training modules. Ms. Anuradha is also trainer and is been conducting training programs for GO/NGO and INGOs.
